Dances of Universal Peace, Summer at Gainesville

Jorge Luis Morejon participates in his second Dances of Peace event. This time they were held in Gainesville, Florida, after a long period without an in-person gathering due to the pandemic. The group, led by Diana, was able to find cohesiveness and connection through the many songs of peace explored: Jewish, Muslim, Native American, Maya. The theme of the event, Multicultural Immersion in Joy! was achieved as all participants found integration in the tunes sung and danced.The lyrics of the last song illustrate the energy of he group as they were ready to close and go home.
