Jorge Luis Morejon played the role of Solange in The Maids under Dume's artistic direction. He received, along with Gustavo Laborie, his fellow actor, an ACCA (Association of Commentators and Critics of Art) award for Best Dramatic Actor of the Year. In reference to Dume's death and his contribution to Theatre, El Nuevo Herald published the following note:
